About Us

Since 1914, Clemson Extension has educated South Carolinians about how to improve the quality of their life. One of the first issues addressed was food safety. Today, Clemson Extension at Clemson University continues this tradition by providing current and relevant food safety information to farmers, the food industry, and consumers.
