Do you have any information on safety and preparation for deep fat frying a turkey?

This can be safely done AS LONG as the thigh of the whole turkey reaches 180 F and the turkey breast reaches 170 F. It usually takes about three to four minutes per pound or about 35 to 42 minutes for a 10- to 12 lb. turkey.
