Do you have a recipe for making the sliced pepper pickles?

The recipe should be safe if it meets the following conditions: 1) half pints or pints are processed for 15 minutes in a boiling water bath. 2) The amount of vinegar added is greater than or equal to the amount of water in the pickling solution. So Easy to Preserve from the University of Georgia also has a recipe for marinated peppers (page 114), which sounds similar to what you want. The only difference is that in this recipe it recommended that the peppers be left whole or quartered. This recipe could be used for sliced peppers.
