What are some foods that do not freeze well?

Lettuce, raw tomatoes, raw potatoes, radishes, green onions and any high water content raw vegetable, milk sauces, mayonnaise, custards, cream pies, gravy, jelly on bread, cooked egg white, cheese in blocks, creamed cottage cheese, milk, sour cream, yogurt, whole egg and egg yolk. These foods do not produce quality products after they have been frozen. There is not a safety concern, only quality deterioration.
