Does cooking meat from a frozen state affect the eating quality?

Rating: 0

Any cut of meat can be cooked starting from the frozen state. However, better results will be achieved if the following are thawed first: meat to be coated in crumbs, meat to be browned as the first step, meat that is to be shaped before cooking. You will need to add 10 to 20 minutes of extra cooking time per pound.
