Is it safe to cook a turkey or other large piece of meat overnight in an oven set at 200 degrees F?

It is not safe to cook a turkey or meat at a temperature below 325 degrees F. One unsafe practice suggests preheating the oven to 500 degrees F, putting turkey in oven, turning off oven and leaving the bird overnight in the closed oven. NO! Another unsafe practice is to cook it at 225 degrees F. overnight - NO!
