How can whipped cream be frozen?

For best results, thaw the cream before whipping. Let it thaw in the refrigerator before attempting to whip. Another option is to whip the cream and quickly freeze it in small dollops on a baking sheet. When frozen, place dollops in a freezer carton or bag and seal tightly. Place froze whipped cream on dessert or drink just before serving.
