How long can salsa that contains no acid be kept in the refrigerator?

Rating: 93

Unacidified (no vinegar or lemon juice) salsa will have the same refrigerator shelf-life as any cut vegetable mixture about three to four days. If the fresh salsa is acidified, then it will have a shelf-life of about two to three weeks.
