Identify national food safety education campaign messagesFight BAC!TM is the national food safety education campaign, and it is hosted by the Partnership for Food Safety Education (PFSE). PFSE is a public-private organization committed to being a key resource for food safety educators, consumers, and the media. PFSE's web site includes curricula for all ages (day care through high school), community activities, seasonal education campaigns, as well as a kids-only section. Four primary messages appear throughout the FightBAC!trade campaign: 1. Clean: Wash hands and surfaces often. 2. Separate: Do not allow cross-contamination of foods. 3.
