Explain how to protect safe water sources from contamination.

The North Carolina Division of Environmental Health has posted on their Web site guidelines for protecting water supplies within a food establishment. These guidelines are found in Section 5:  Water Supply and Sewage Disposal of the Guidelines for the Installation and Design of North Carolina Food Establishments.  The specific information regarding water supplies is located at:
