The Food Keeper, which is found on the Food Marketing Institute Web site, provides appropriate storage times for fresh, frozen and pre-packaged foods in the freezer, refrigerator and pantry. It also includes tips on maintaining the freshness and quality of food. The Food Keeper was developed in cooperation with Cornell University.  It is available at:
