How long should I process vegetable soup with ground beef added?

The soup should be processed for the ingredient that requires the longest processing time. In this case it would be the ground meat. The processing time for ground beef at 11 pounds of pressure when processing between 0-2,000 feet altitude are: pints -- 75 minutes and quarts -- 90 minutes. If using a weighted gauge canner, process at 15 pound pressure to achieve 11 pounds of pressure.
