Canning -- Jams and Jellies

Can I make jelly from the fruit of a flowering crabapple tree?

Rating: 0

Yes. Crabapples contain a lot of pectin. This makes them excellent for use in jelly products. To make jelly using crabapples, follow the instructions to make apple jelly.
