How can I freeze eggs? Are they good for baking?

You can freeze eggs but most experts recommend that it is not worth it as eggs are inexpensive. If you do freeze eggs, follow these guidelines. Remove whole eggs from the shell and mix thoroughly before freezing. They can be held for up to one year. Mix yolks with salt or sugar to prevent them from thickening. Whites alone can be frozen quite well.
