What can one do to safely make home prepared herb oils safe, besides refrigerate?

Rating: 100

The only way to make these products safe is to acidify the herbs before bottling with the oil. I do not have any tested consumer instructions to do so. Therefore, I cannot make any recommendations. Thus, we do need to recommend that these types of products must be refrigerated after preparation.
