Can tomatoes that were heated, packed in canning jars, and not processed three weeks ago be safely processed today?

Rating: 0

No, she should not process them because there is a remote possibility that C. botulinum might be present and could have formed toxin. Tomatoes are usually not associated with C. botulinum poisoning but one never knows.
