About Us

Since 1914, Clemson Extension has educated South Carolinians about how to improve their quality of life. One of the first issues addressed was food safety. Today, Clemson Food Safety Education Program continues this tradition by providing current and relevant food safety information to farmers, consumers, and the food industry.
